Each piece is custom made with a design idea and our specific size and special requests. If you are not satisfied with the item(s) you received, you may return your purchase for a full refund within 5 days of receiving the item(s). Please respond within 5 days of receipt. Any items sent back to us without prior authorization will be returned. Thank you for understanding that we are a small business performing custom unique designs.
